Hi,
I'm using fluxbox and each time I launch LimeWire the top menu is not visible. I can't resize, minimize or close it. The only way I found to kill it is using gtop.
Any idea?

You mean that the window starts so that the top is cut off at the top of the screen? Try moving (dragging) the window lower down on the screen. To do so, hold down ALT and simply click and drag anywhere on the window.
