Disabling animation while minimizing windows in metacity

hi,
i am running gnome2 and metacity as window manager. how do i disable the window animation when a window is minimized. no offense but its kind of irritating.

Oh i do HATE this useless timewasting stupid animation SOO much.
You cant disable it.

You can't disable it? I am sure that someone out there has got a hack. SOOOOOOOOOO anoying
