1.3 gone?

I just noticed that the 1.3a and 1.3b tarballs and isos are gone from ibiblio. I wonder if that means we'll be seeing 1.4 final soon?

Yeah!! I hosed my laptop during a flight home on Saturday and decided to wait for 1.4 to install. Looks like I'll be busy tommorrow....
