i can't emerge lisa, here's what i tried:

also lisa is not listed in /usr/portage/profile/package.mask

Well I guess it isn't available under emerge. I tried to find it in the online portage tree and couldn't. Do a search under google for "linux lisa download" and it will pull up some pages for you to download and install.

actually, i meant LISA - Lan Infromation Server. i managed to find it. i'm so stupid, that i didn't checked if it is installed, and as you might already know it was! lisa is a part of some kde package i think. so only thing i had to do was /etc/init.d/ lisa start

I googled for linux lisa and I did not get anything on lan information server. if you have that name you can do Code: | emerge -S lan information server | Wait a few minutes and portage will have searched for everything with that in it. |
