found a similar bug to 2.6.9, the "fix" was to compile 2.7.0, and here I am.

anyone knows a workaround?

You should include earlier output - I think there should be more errors that occured before what you posted.

the workaround is to install xpaint-2.7.7 (for now it's ~x86)
