OK, I'm using the emu10k1-audigy ebuild for my drivers ( i assume those are the open source creative drivers ?). How do i set the treble and bass. Movies have too much bass and the neighbors are complaining : ) I have yet to find any mixer that has bass or treble

There is a bug posted for this. The bug describes how to do it.

PS. AFAIK the emu10k1-audigy is only for the audigy. If you have an sblive you can activate it in the kernel (OSS) or you can use Alsa (emerge alsa-driver). |
