Serial Port Problem

I am trying to use wvdial to connect to the internet. Configuration is setup OK. When I go to run wvdial it tells me that /dev/ttys0: Device or Resource busy. I've use wvdial before and it worked ok, then switched to connecting via coyote linux on another machine for the firewall. How do I tell what is using my serial port?

Damn modem disconnected on me. Need to bump up the disconnect time. The question belongs to me
