Today, when I tried to access forum.gentoo.org from phone I was automatically logged out, and a message was displayed "You have been banned from this forum. Please contact the webmaster or board administrator for more information." Several days ago I accessed it without problems.
I saw that from phone IPs *.*.*.* and *.*.*.*. As far as I know, those are dynamic IPs from a fairly large pool. I didn't do anything besides making and editing a few posts, which do not violate rules.
Why did you ban them? Did you ban all cell addresses for this provider? Is the ban permanent or temporary?

Those ranges [post=8876359]were banned[/post] (restricted link, but for the benefit of those who can follow it) in December 2025 due to a large volume of profile spam registrations. Per the discussion, at the time of the ban:
