sigificantly reduced gpu preformance (7900 xtx)

hello so i am noticing heavily reduced gpu preformance of what i should be getting if any one could give me any idea on how to fix this it would be great,
i am using the newwest version of mesa and kerrnel in ~amd64, all tests where done with gamemoderun

from what i have heard i should be getting atleast 19000k on superposition and defintly mroe in mhw

to the moderator note, on my end they seem as normal pcitures when iopen the link in a new incodito window but basicaly it's a ~16k score for supper postions 1080p exterrm which i should be getting ~1900k on and a 22830 score on the monster hunter wilds benchmark set to ultra on 4k no framegen. which i am told is quite low for my hardware

just booted up a endvor os live iso and i got a score 1200 higher on supperpostion so there is bery much a issue with my gentoo install
