i need some help for installing steam on gento because the only tutorial i see is for old versions of gentoo _________________ Runs on potato

This does not really work that way. Gentoo is a rolling release distribution and has no fixed version. (this is only a short and simplified explenation)

you might want to try using flatpak or the steam-overlay via layman for a smoother install on newer gentoo versions—way easier than fighting with old guides. also, once you’re up and running, check out csmarketcap if you’re into cs2 skins. helps a ton with tracking skin prices and market trends. good luck with the setup!
