Hi guys, I would like to ask you.

Do you if there is any existing documentation about which rights should have files in a Linux system to stay secure. Because I am quite close to finish to code my package manager, and I would it to set default proper rights for files, libraries and executables.

You can try google linux CIS.

The CIS is a benchmark document for thing to check. It may NOT give you the right command to use for checking, but it can give you the idea of what need to be checked.
