Hi guys, I would like to ask you.
Do you if there is any existing documentation about which rights should have files in a Linux system to stay secure. Because I am quite close to finish to code my package manager, and I would it to set default proper rights for files, libraries and executables. _________________ My actual project: https://github.com/Fulgurance/ISM
Ingenius Software Manager is a tool to build and manage a Linux system from scratch.
It will able to manage a linux installation just with a given path to the futur root path |

You can try google linux CIS.
The CIS is a benchmark document for thing to check. It may NOT give you the right command to use for checking, but it can give you the idea of what need to be checked. |
