Super+P shortcut (is it in Gnome?)

I just found out I could configure the arrangement of my monitors with Super+P, but I was unable to find out where this shortcut is configured in Gnome it wasn't in keyboard settings and I think I didn't see it in Gnome Tweaks, if at all it is configured there, can somebody shed some light on it?

In the same time the Fn keys for that on my laptop keyboard do not work. I would like to configure them to do that instead of Super+P.

Thanks. It looks like Gnome developers have messed that part too. Those people are going to drive Gnome to the ground.
