Pull application from overlay

Hello and thank you in advance.
I have been trying to pull Nomacs from overlay named gentoo.
It keeps pushing Nomacs from repos.

Could you please post the exact commands you're running, and their output? You might need to use a pastebin for the latter.

I only see media-gfx/nomacs in default gentoo repository:
zugaina

Should you want to prevent stable 3.16.224-r6 to install in favor of 3.16.224-r5, it should be masked in /etc/portage/package.mask
