So I have a couple of questions:
    1. Can anyone point me to documentation that explains Bluetooth's Enhanced Setup Synchronous Connection (ESSC)?
I found these pages:

[v9,09/10] Bluetooth: Add support for HCI_Enhanced_Setup_Synchronous_Connection command
But they don't really explain what this command is, just talk about supporting it or making commits to support it. Googling for ESSC just returns a bunch of "Bluetooth not working" issue reports.
I ask because in my dmesg, I see the following:

[    3.096790] Bluetooth: hci0: HCI Enhanced Setup Synchronous Connection command is advertised, but not supported.

I'd like to know more about what this means.
    2. Also, if possible, I'd like to fix this. Does this message mean that my hardware doesn't support it or the software is missing something?
