Problem getting files from assets.gentoo.org

Dear all,

I get a timeout trying to load the main gentoo.org page and the wikis. I have traced it to been assets.gentoo.org that wont allow a connection from my external IP. My question is, are there others who have the same trouble as me & whom do I contact to get unblocked?
