[Solved] Taimed out in rsync

I just tried another gentoo server with no luck.
In others gears works fine.
What can I do ?

Switching from rsync to Git can be seen as a mere workaround in your case, but in my opinion it's really worth switching permanently (faster, less error-prone)...
