Stuck tooltips after workspace switch

A tooltip in Firefox does stay after I switch to another workspace with a key shortcut.
I found those too very old bugs: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1569439 and https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=687344

Does anybody else have this problem too and are there any updates on this problem? One mentioned bug is twelve years old.

It does occur on in FF. (108.0.2 (64-bit)). With chrome a toolip hides at keypress

Well, the ff tooltips do stay visible after switching workspaces (i'm running lxde), but I don't use ff very often and moving the pointer to a neutral area (on a workspace with ff active) makes it go away.
So, while it is only a minor issue for me, I definitely do have the same problem.

They do go away only after I switch back and move the pointer on the window (FF) which created the tooltip. It does not help to move the mouse pointer anwhere else.

I stumbled over a news that firefox 119, which is currently the newest ~testing version in portage fixes this tooltip bug, and on my system it really is fixed now.
Funny thing, this bug is actually... 22 years old. The one from 12 years ago is already a duplicate: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=148624
