Hi,
I've been using K3b for ripping CDs for quite some time now. Recently I noticed that the button to edit plugin settings is disabled. This button used to be enabled, but it is no longer the case.

I tried to create a new user to start with a new profile. I notice the same behavior when I login with this new user.

My environment:
- k3b 22.04.3
- KDE Frameworks 5.96.0
- Qt 5.15.5
- Kernel 5.19.9
