Greetings folks.
gentoo newbie here. Trying to emerge gnome, and getting failed configure on Mesa Libs.
Any clues would be much appreciated.

Found it. It was a missing dependency on wayland-protocols

If the ebuild as written in ::gentoo does not enforce installing a required package, then the ebuild is wrong and needs to be changed. Please consider filing a bug describing which ebuild(s) should depend on wayland-protocols, and under what circumstances, so that this can be fixed for the next person. |
