Intel Atom n2800 on KWN10D boot only nolapic or acpi=off

Hi all!
I have faced with the problem of running Gentoo on my mini computer a quick and successful launch is possible only with the nolapic flag. Installation image also booting only with nolapic.

However, I noticed that freezes at startup can be "pushed through" by pressing the PWR button, after each click I get several or one line of the boot log and so you can achieve a full system startup (it takes about 10 minutes). After initialization of keyboard I can press any key on it for continue booting.
Without lapiс only one core out of 4 works.

I just found out that a successful start occurs with the acpi=force flag. And I have 2 core now.

What are the kernel settings (I think the problem is in it) should I check?

Does anyone have a kernel config older than 5 for intel atom? Genkernel didn't help either. I am almost desperate to configure this MB and CPU.
I have some errors in dmesg -> dmesg
