|
I install Windows10 with virt-manager ,network use NAT ,the ip is 192.168.122.13 .my host IP is 192.168.1.5 and Raspberry Pi IP is 192.168.1.4 .I can connect Raspberry Pi with samba in Windows10 ,but I can not connect Host. But ping 192.168.1.5 is fine ,and I cant connect Host samba with my phone ,and the other virtual machine (guest: archlinux with virt-manager) with the same network config. if I use virtualbox all of them works. What can I do ? thanks! |

So you have your samba host in 192.168.1.5
Is the host Gentoo?
You have an rpi on 192.168.1.4.I fail to understand why this is relevant though.
and a windows VM on 192.168.122.13
You are trying to mount a samba share from the host to the Windows VM?
From 192.168.122.13 can you ping 192.168.1.5?
If yes you have misconfigured samba on the host. _________________

Yes ,use nat ,can ping 192.168.1.5 from virtual machine.I change vm network to bridge ,VM ip change to 192.168.1.133 and it still does'nt work ,but in virtualbox use NAT network ,I can connect Host's samba |

Plz
Code: |
cat /etc/samba/smb.conf
|
Also look in
/var/log/samba/log.smbd
for clues.
How do you try to mount share in Windows?
What is the error you are getting? _________________
