I'm trying to upgrading the flowing packages from 12.0.1 to 13.0.0.
Code: |
[ebuild U ] sys-libs/libcxxabi-13.0.0 [12.0.1]
[ebuild U ] sys-libs/libcxx-13.0.0 [12.0.1]
[ebuild NS ] sys-devel/clang-13.0.0 [12.0.1] LLVM_TARGETS="(-M68k)"
[ebuild NS ] sys-libs/compiler-rt-13.0.0 [12.0.1] USE="-debug%"
[ebuild NS ] sys-libs/compiler-rt-sanitizers-13.0.0 [12.0.1] USE="orc%* -debug%"
[ebuild NS ] sys-devel/clang-runtime-13.0.0 [12.0.1]
|
Is anyone suffering the same issue?
Code: |

You should post also build.log with wgetpaste. _________________ Questions are guaranteed in life; Answers aren't.

I (to my knowledge) haven''t explicitly mask or unmasked the concerning packages sys-libs/libcxxabi-13.0.0 or sys-libs/libcxx.

It seems a know bug, the proposed patch seems to work but not seems a good solution

Ehmm sorry... You right I need to sync before check if a package is masked or not.
So I think that message goes away once you install everything correctly. _________________ Questions are guaranteed in life; Answers aren't.

Ah I see. Thanks a lot! Now I know what the probelm is.
I'm not intending on using clang+LLVM as the system-wide compiler. I built Clang with gcc and then with itself to get a self-providing compiler.
Mabye I'll just to build sys-libs/libcxxabi and sys-libs/libcxx with gcc, as the workaround dosen't seem advised. |
