im new to gentoo linux and just got it running, tried to install swaywm but i had not much luck, 2 packages failed to emerge; json-c, graphite

here is my build.log for graphite

ohh i actually didnt notice that date is very off, its around 5:50pm for me and its showing 8:50am, how can i fix it?
