net-libs/nodejs-14.16.1 is the common dependencies of webrowsers, and when I compiled it, I faced a internal error again. I tired several legacy method to fix it, involving update the kernel version and all them failed. Here is my build.log http://sprunge.us/cHmJMl . Please have a see, thanks.

Like I said I think you have some hardware issues.
Try lowering the MAKEOPTS value to see if the situation improves, or check your ram with memtest.
