I don't know if Gentoo devs accept suggestions...but I noticed there are no desktop profiles with the no-multilib option.
Is it feasible for the Gentoo devs to create such profiles?
Can I as a regular user create new Portage profiles and make them available? _________________ Intel Core i5-9400F / 24GB DDR4 2666MHz / GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

Jojobinha_2009,
The devs are more likely to respond to feature requests submitted via bugs. That's the dev workflow.
You can indeed make your own profiles.
Minor tweaks go in /etc/portage/profile/ See
You can put your own profiles into an overlay too. That's a better option for whole new profiles as /etc/portage/profile/ is intended for modifications to your selected profile. _________________ Regards,
