GNOME 40 in ::gentoo!

After about 6 weeks of work, I've finished adding GNOME 40 to ::gentoo!

Status as of today: https://dev.gentoo.org/~mattst88/gnome-40.0.html

And after some testing of webkit-gtk-2.32.0, epiphany-40.1 (the last package on the list) will be added.

Thanks a bunch to all the people that have tested and reported bugs. I think we're in good shape for stabilizing in another month or so.

Great news Gentoo's Gnome is on par with other distros

Hopefully we'll be getting webkit-gtk-2.32.0 soon as a security update....
