localizing accordingly modified ebuild fixes.

| Live ebuilds are prone to this problem. If you expect that upstream will not revert the conflicting change, then the right answer is to have the Gentoo live ebuild cease applying that patch. That means filing a bug describing which patch to remove. It might be useful, but is not necessary, to identify the specific upstream commit which conflicts with the patch. |

The patch removes some uptream install bits.
Removing the patch may sets ebuild work closer to upstream design.
No idea if the result matches gentoo layout constraints.
Please note bug report is much later that the OP.
Maybe implicit collaboration between stakeholders, maybe not.
Should it have been the case, some may consider it fruitful, some others not.
