ho provato a dare emerge -1uv dev-util/boost-build:0 e me lo aggiorna, ma se provo ad aggiornare il sistema, me lo retrocede di nuovo.
Invece per quanto riguarda dev-libs/boost mi segnala sempre lo stesso errore. Ho dato un'occhiata a bugzilla ma non mi sembra che questi bug siano stati segnalati (sempre che si tratti di bug, questo è un mio pensiero).

Non è un errore solo una segnalazione, finché non arriverà libreoffice-bin compilato con la nuova versione di boost vedrai questo messaggio (ho lo stesso problema).
Quindi puoi ignorare il messaggio e attendere finché non ci sarà una versione aggiornata di libreoffice-bin.
