da quello che interpreto io é che non puó aggiornare nv-codec-headers perché dipendono da driver nvidia piú aggiornati
non credo sia un problema, ma come faccio per non fare uscire piú questo messaggio? |

Ok, ho risolto compilando ffmpeg senza il supporto della scheda nvidia
e OBS senza nvenc |

Si purtroppo per avere il supporto a nvidia per ffmpeg bisogna avere i driver aggiornati, i vecchi non sono piu' supportati.
