I've recently discovered that my vivaldi (and probably many other chromium-based browsers) does power inhibition when a video is playing or when downloading, preventing my monitor from sleeping after locked. (see a screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/8q8j4dz).
While I've never convinced any chromium devs to do anything actually useful for users. I'm wondering if anyone has come up with a patch to ignore this power inhibition signal from xfce4's power management code? or any alternatives that simply ignores this inhibition signal.

My computer is a desktop, so I don't think power inhibition does anything good anyway (assuming power management doesn't shutdown my network adapter).
