[Solved] KDE custom shortcuts missing after update

After today update all my custom shortcuts gone away.
Systemsettings lacks such a matter as custom shortcuts at all. Only standard shortcuts and global shortcuts.
And there is no way neither to add new custom shortcuts nor edit some of existing shortcuts (to reassign them for my needs).
In fact I need two shortcuts: the first for kdesu konsole command and the second for kdesu dolphin. I can add shortcut for dolphin or for konsole, but not for kdesu, I can add only applications, not a command

Anyone experiencing such a problem?
How do I fix it?

How did you install Plasma?
Did you run --depclean after your last update? What did it remove?

Yes, it's a --depclean issue: I overlooked that it removed khotkeys.
Installed it back and got my shortcuts back.

Yeah, if you don't use kde-plasma/plasma-meta there are no cushions for you in case a package like kmenuedit loses one of its dependencies.
