【ARM64】app-crypt/gcr-3.28.1 can't be compiled

[Problem] app-crypt/gcr-3.28.1 can't be compiled with use flag [+introspection] and [+vala]

CPU arch: aarch64
Environment: gcc-8.2.0 binutils-2.33.1 python-2.7 python-3.6

Check Error: can't create directory: [tmp-introspectXXXXXX] under work directory, Notice: XXXXXX is several random chars, so compiling process was interrupt.

How to solve the problem? Thanks
