Hello , I am using gentoo testing with musl c library . I decided to emerge world after booting , which exited with an error message saying this might be happening because of a bug ( I am sorry I don't have the error messages right now ) . I rebooted the system then , and it boots up just fine , but it doesn't show the hostname , neither the username nor the domain name at the login screen . When I try to login with my credentials , I am redirected back to the login screen .
What to do now ? Is it an user error or a bug ? How can I ?
I intend on keep on using musl c library , and report errors or bugs(if it is one) like this , if it helps the community . |

First you should understand if this error caused the problem. _________________ Questions are guaranteed in life; Answers aren't. |

is there any way to retreive the error messages , without being able to log in ?
Should I use a live cd , and chroot and retrieve the error messages ? |
