consolekit blocks teamviewer while teamviewer requires

Consolekit blocks teamviewer (emerge), but at the same time, the tamiver at startup does not generate a password and id for the machine and does not connect (most importantly).

I hope it's not because of a lack of full rootcause of the violation, but I take it now that teamviewer has a problem with consolekit for whatever reason, and has only been shown to work with elogind or systemd...

That output says you do not have consolekit yet. Presumably, you should be able to install teamviewer without consolekit. This may not be ideal, but it would satisfy your job requirement while you sort out the root problem.

Hu, Teamviewer is installed, but it does not work. In addition, login and password are not generated on the local machine.

P.S. I'm using sysvinit.

After installing and starting elogind, teamviewr now does not start at all.

Hello header000,

when you want remote access to another computer you can use teamviewer online. That doesn´t require an installation on your local PC. When you need remote access to your gentoo system you are not confined to teamviewer and can use several other options. That´s what I did about 10 years ago, so I actually can´t tell you anymore what software I was using. rdesktop? xrdp with "windows remote desksop"?

That doesn´t really answer your question but allows you at least to get the remote access.
