Obviously innocent!! Or, at least relevant!!

I spent some time today reading all about "police violence" from sites like Vox and Slate.

I don't remember them even bothering to distinguish between justified and unjustified use of force.

If these idiots become the majority, we're done for.

If you hang out on Twitter, we're done for. If you talk with your neighbors, we're fine.

Journalists are in a ridiculous echo chamber on Twitter and they all try to out-WOKE each other. But that is not reality. Most people don't give a toss about your preferred pronouns or "dog whistles" that, for some reason, those journalists can here when they claim it's something only radicals can perceive. (Really makes you think :P )

Normal people go to work, raise their families, are kind to each other, and begrudgingly pay their taxes. The MSM is evil. It's trying to meta-program us to be at each other's throats over every single issue. The best thing to do is stop giving them money. Cut your cable, ad block everything, and research things as you hear them.

Refuse the programming... it's shoddy at best.

I had a Twitter conversation with some people when Kroger announced that they were asking people not to open carry in stores. I got told that I was the threat and the problem for anonymously concealing with a license, and that I would probably be in the news soon for doing something. I ended up deleting my account. I'd rather stab myself in the throat with a serving spoon than share server space with those fucking cretins.

EDIT: I also think that Donald Trump is instigating a meltdown on the part of the MSM for everyone to see. We need to keep this going.

Whoah. Wait a minute there. How did you make the leap from "shot" to "innocent" there.

You are never going to persuade anybody of anything if you can't put your thoughts into logically coherent, semi-rational statements. You sound like a shrieking zealot who hasn't stopped to give the slightest thought to what he's spouting off about.

As I said above, I realize most deaths by police are justified. But it begs the question: why do police in the US need to use deadly force more frequently than other places?

Yes, if you can achieve. But that's the question. Can you, given the current state?

Duh. This is still a little bit the Wild Wild West, and we like it that way, so you and you authoritarian-collectivist kin the Democrats can fuck off. You know what else is unjustified and unnecessary deaths? World War II and the Cold War, which you fucks are responsible for. Get off your high horses and engage in a little self scrutiny. @Bones You've been hanging out at home binge watching South Park episodes while masturbating and eating Cheetos. You are showing all the symptoms.

And that's why you don't get to live in Cowboy land, and that's why you can't protect yourself and are subservient to people like us.
Now go look in the mirror, say a pickup line and wink at yourself, then... well... you know what to do.

Oh, and here's something to watch:

I've heard the area was abundant by Zulus in the area pre-colonal powah of the regiments from the good ol' Britain. ...or the Boers.
Anyways, it was at that time unpopulated areas, or so I've heard (from reliable sources, so called EXPERTS).

Isn’t BK right though? If someone cuts in line in front of me, I’m going to ask them to go to the back of the line. If they are carrying a firearm though, I’m going to be very careful what I say. It’s probably not worth putting my life at risk. So I would act at least a little subservient to someone with a firearm. That’s just reality.

Will you please go back to the end of the line? Is a pretty subservient way to get a request handled.

Oh, interesting.

I never would have considered politeness to be subservience, but I can see how other people would. Do you start interactions with random people by establishing your dominance?

Really though, that's irrelevant:
If the person had a gun or didn't, I would probably start the conversation the same way - with a polite request. The issue is what would happen if they refused the request. I think that how willing I would be to stand up to them would depend, at least a little, on whether they had a gun on them or not.

No I am generally pretty polite. But in your case, the person already pushed passed you (cut in front of you in line) as if you didn't matter and you are still just asking him to acknowledge your worth. It may be that he didn't see you as part of the line in which case you can politely inform him that you are part of the line. You don't need to be an asshole to be dominant. But *asking* is pretty subservient given the circumstances.

Al Capone (sorry bad example, he was an asshole) famously said, Don't mistake my kindess for weakness. I am kind to everyone, but if you are unkind to me, weak is not what you will remember me as.

This is a two way street. Think about it: Why would you cut in front of someone who could be carrying a firearm? One thing I do like about a high ratio of people carrying is that it is sort of a politeness enforcer.

So at least one out of every ten people you see are carrying a weapon. Well now, you may as well be polite to everyone. But to be afraid of others is wrong. Armed or not.

EDIT: If they decline your request, escalating the situation is worthless, regardless of whether they're armed or not.

All in all it's just not a problem.

I have no idea what you are all talking about. Are you saying it's great everyone is polite because some wacko might pull out a gun?
