Maybe try wenzi posting his exact detailed hardware, at least:

Motherboard and running bios version
cpu
video card


And, his current make.conf file, the lspci output, and emerge --info.

Then, hopefully somebody with the same or very similar hardware with a working Gentoo system send him
a copy of of their make.conf and kernel config file so he is more likely to get a good kernel built with
a suitable make.conf file, and at least get a system up and running.

I think all the problem is the hard disk ,but elementary is only use 35s, and now I copy the system to SSD ,and now ,15s.
