I have installed Gentoo as guest system on my vmware, now I am trying to configure Xorg to correct work, actually it works very good, but I can see some bugs.
First: My cursor Blinks when I move it (it dissapears, and appears every 500milis while I move)
Second: When I scroll site in firefox-bin, it's not smoothly, very fast and ugly.

I used Artix Linux before as guest, and hadn't these bugs.

Note: Xrandr seems work good, I have installed vmware video graphics and tools, there I can find good resolutions etc (grub works good too), but xrandr gives me that error every time I use it: xrandr: Failed to get size of gamma for output default
Note: I don't have xorg.conf
Note: I use bspwm/sxhkd/polybar

i would give kvm+libvirt+virt-manager a try, i've found it works better than vmware or virtualbox, especially in the graphics department. :)

as I mentioned I used Artix as guest before and did not have these bugs, I think there should be X settings or special flags to fix it, but don't know what I have to do

I added VIDEO_CARDS="vmware" to my make.conf and used sudo emerge --ask --changed-use --deep @world.

Did you rebuild the kernel? Do you have the vmwgfx kernel driver? What about the inputs from https://www.x.org/wiki/vmware/ ?

I used genkernel to build kernel, yeah I also built and installed vmwgfx, modinfo works, but it hasn't changed anything. All drivers, from your link are installed.
