hello folks,
i wanted to setup up badmem for my secondary pc running gentoo 1.4 , because i have a faulty ram stick i want to use.
but everytime i want to compile kernel, i get this:

i tried every version of badmem-utils but without any success.

RAM is insanely cheap. Just go buy some as the time you'll spend trying to fix this will probably be equal to the price of a new stick of ram. Heck if it's crucial ram just call em up and they will send you a new one.
