My emerge --info can be found here: https://bpaste.net/show/555ccb067878 . Has anyone got an idea how to solve this?

mao,
Code: | [ebuild U ] dev-python/setuptools_scm-3.2.0 [1.15.6-r1] USE="-test (-git%) (-mercurial%)" PYTHON_TARGETS="python2_7 python3_5 python3_6 (-pypy) (-pypy3) (-python3_7)"
[blocks B ] <dev-python/setuptools_scm-3 ("<dev-python/setuptools_scm-3" is hard blocking dev-python/setuptools_scm-3.2.0) |
Remove dev-python/setuptools_scm-1.15.6-r1then it works.
This is one of the rare occasions when such drastic action is required. _________________ Regards,
