i disabled gdm service and enabled lightdm service.
the situation right now is that i get into login page(lightdm), there i enter my password and after i press enter i get into gnome.

what i did:
in gentoo wiki i didn't see explain about auto login but in archlinux there is one:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/LightDM#Enabling_autologin
i did exactly what is says there
in /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf i uncomment those:
[Seat:*]
autologin-user=MYUSER
autologin-session=session

i made my self part of the autologin group:
groupadd -r autologin
gpasswd -a MYUSER autologin

i have accountsservice package installed

i opened up this: /etc/pam.d/lightdm, comment out what was there and then paste this:
#%PAM-1.0
auth sufficient pam_succeed_if.so user ingroup nopasswdlogin #here i left user and not replaced it with my user name. should i replace?
auth include system-login

i made myself part of the nopasswdlogin group:
groupadd -r nopasswdlogin
gpasswd -a MYUSER nopasswdlogin

of course MYUSER is my user :-).

the content i commented out from /etc/pam.d/lightdm is:
Code:
auth   include      system-local-login
account   include      system-local-login
password   include      system-local-login
session   include      system-local-login

i get one step further.
now i don't need to enter my password.
now i see my username on the screen and i just need to push a button and i enter gnome.

i look at this post:
https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-1083242-highlight-autologin.html
and arranged my lightdm.conf with the details there (with adaptation to my data of course).

still can't auto login :-)

i succeed to solve this.
no need the file /etc/pam.d/lightdm.
i commented out everything there.

i also stay in the groups i inserted myself into (autologin and nopasswdlogin)

in the file: /etc/lighdm/lightdm.conf
this is what i needed to get it to log me in automatically (maybe i could comment out something but i didn't try. it succeeded and i'm happy):
Code:
[Seat:*]
pam-service=lightdm
pam-autologin-service=lightdm-autologin
pam-greeter-service=lightdm-greeter
user-session=gnome
session-wrapper=/etc/lightdm/Xsession
autologin-user=my-user-name (your user name :-))
autologin-user-timeout=0
autologin-session=gnome

well the problem now is that even if i get into gnome automatically, when i CTRL + ALT + BACKSPACE (kill X) i get into login in lightdm but it ignore my password i enter there and tell me it failed to authenticate (the password is accurate), and after that i can't do anything. it not letting me to enter anything in the password again.
the only thing i can do is restart, but this is not what i want.
so i gave up lightdm, and moved to gdm.
gdm configuration is much easy, and i get into gnome automatically without a problem, but now when i kill X i don't even get into gdm login screen.
i get into black screen with curser at the top left corner and thats it.
it's just stays like that forever.
so i gave up gdm and moved to sddm.
the config for auto login is simple as gdm and now when i kill X i get into sddm login screen which let me enter my password and after i press enter it also insert me again to gnome!
so for now, i'll continue to use sddm.
