Prefix CygWin Stage 3

Currently trying to install Prefix on Windows10/newest cygwin. Failing at Stage3 dev-lang/python-3.6.6::gentoo_prefix and I can't figure out why myself.

Did everything said here,
Only maybe remotely bug I found could be that one, but that seems to fail way earlier.

All Logs. (Too long for either pastebin or hastebin)

I haven't any idea where to start debugging, this is my first prefix.

It's okay, I switched to WSL.

Btw, for everyone who struggles to install gentoo wsl as explained in this thread https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-1078010.html
to get the C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Packages\TheDebianProject.DebianGNULinux_76v4gfsz19hv4 folder you have to install debian via windows store.
