boot crypted system with keyfile or entering password

is it possible to boot up the system with keyfile and or password
have read for some time anything that keyfile only or password only possible is?

Cryptsetup has 8 key slots which can contain independent key data. See "man cryptsetup", search for "key-slot". You could use the default key slot 0 for the password, and key slot 1 for the keyfile with no password.
