KDE Plasma 5.14.5.1 bugfix release call for stable testers

KDE have released updates to Plasma 5.14 even after its EOL to fix several leftover bugs. In Gentoo we already have 5.15.0 available, which means no one will naturally get to test 5.14.5.1 while it is ~arch unless they use very specific package.accept_keywords. In order to stabilise this version in Gentoo, we would still want to give it at least some exposure, so stable users are invited to do that. Most likely you won't notice any differences as 5.14.5 has been a very nice release, in the best case you will find some bug of yours fixed.

To get the update, which only consists of 3 packages, put the following lines into your /etc/portage/package.accept_keywords:

I installed it on saturday on 2 machines and since then it runs without issues.
