|
|
I run KDE and have installed openconnect as well as networkmanager-openconnect but if I go the applet and add a VPN connection the openconnect option doesn't show up. I have logged out and back in as well as tried a full reboot. All other VPN connections show up, this is the only one that is missing. Any ideas?
Also, if this should go in the networking section please move it. |

Hi dotson83,
I'm not sure if I got you right.
When adding a new connection with KDE Network Manager, I get a 'Choose a Connection Type' dialog and within this dialog in the section VPN connections, there are two openconnect options:
*Cisco AnyConnect Compatible VPN (oppenconnect)
*Juniper SSL VPN / Pulse Connect Secure (openconnect)
Installed software: Code: |
=net-misc/networkmanager-openconnect-1.2.4-r1
=net-vpn/openconnect-7.08-r1
=kde-frameworks/networkmanager-qt-5.54.0
=net-misc/networkmanager-1.14.4
=net-misc/networkmanager-openconnect-1.2.4-r1
=kde-plasma/plasma-nm-5.14.5 |
I've configured following USE flags regarding VPN: Code: |
net-misc/networkmanager-openconnect -gtk
kde-plasma/plasma-nm openconnect
net-vpn/openconnect java libproxy lz4 |
Hope this helps _________________ # cd /pub/

I have exactly the same problem and plasma-nm is built with the openconnect use flag. Did you solve it? |
