kio: Unable to request the SFTP subsystem.

Since last update in December I encounter a strange behavior of kio's sftp (in krusader and dolphin). On some servers it claims: "Unable to request the SFTP subsystem. Make sure SFTP is enabled on the server." Using command-line sftp utility I can connect to such servers without any problem.

Looks to me it has something to do with version of sftp/ssh/ssl, but I don't know exactly what. But IMHO is a bit strange, if command-line sftp works and kio's sftp don't.
