Buongiorno ,
non riesco a compilare il kernel per il mio processore uno xeon cpu family: 6 model: 62model name : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1620 v2 @ 3.70GHz.
Quando riavvio con il nuovo kernel mi esce schermata nera con questo avviso

Ricercato su internet ho scoperto che il problema possa essere questo | Code: | | CONFIG_X86_5LEVEL=y |
Ho provato a cercare di risolvere ma non trovo la flag nel kernel , cioe' non ho trovato il modo per deselezionare quella flag.
Suggerimenti?

Quando entry nel menu config e premi il tasto '/' (slash) puoi fare una ricerca.

oppure se hai salvato la configurzione con genkernel in /etc/kernels puoi cercare la relativa voce lì oppure editare direttamente il .config in /usr/src/linux
