meson_options.txt:56:0: ERROR: Option name debug is reserved.

This is sys-fs/udev-239 stabilisation. Meson chokes on this option, and a revision bump is the easiest way to get a modified version that does not cause meson to choke. This probably will not address the related silliness of using a .txt file as configuration, but at least it will build.

No because 239 version for x86 is now stable. Re-sync only you tree
