I tried both versions: from source and binary.
After installation
Code:
VirtualBox
Qt FATAL: FATAL: The application binary appears to be running setuid, this is a security hole.

I did
Quote:

sudo chmod -s /ust/lib64/virtualbox/VirtualBox

And VirtualBox runned.

Bug above is solved.

Then I tried to launch virtual machine and got this
Code:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Windows_7_32_bit.

Could not launch a process for the machine 'Windows_7_32_bit' (VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND).

Result Code: VBOX_E_IPRT_ERROR (0x80BB0005)
Component: MachineWrap
Interface: IMachine {cfc5671a-2309-4893-8744-ba4c07d65d86}

I googled, but suggested solution didn't work for me.

first bug is resolved.
I opened 2 bug-reports in our bugzilla.
First is solved. Second is confirmed.
