I renamed /usr/portage to /usr/portage.disable.

I didn't understand, /usr/portage is locatio of official tree, you have renamed this location?

renamed bak to portage and emgerge from ::gentoo.

You can also just remove /usr/local/portage/media-video directory

Reinstalled system with systemd/gnome
Now useflag uvm is needed otherwise nvidia-uvm.ko is missing.
