Rumble doesn't work on PCSX2 and other

Hi,

Interesting thing happens, when i play games on wine rumble works perfectly fine in games like silent hill and flatout.
However, on native game it does not work.. and also on PCSX2.

fftest powers vibrator motors just fine. Controller is some thing called Vorp Gamepad and its based on dragonrise chip.
I have compiled dragonrise drivers with force feedback support in kernel, and there is joydev module present.
I tested out vibration on Fedora live cd and it worked fine on PCSX2.. So i did not configure driver properly.. Anyone has similar problem? How can i solve this?
